New Patients or Renewals without a Caregiver

After seeing the Doctor and obtaining a signed certification form,
- Greenlight will create your online account with LARA
- We will Pay the State of Michigan your registry fee
- The Doctor will verify your certification with LARA SAME DAY! You will receive email approval from the State before the end of the day which can be used immediately at local previsionary centers.
- LARA will process your MMMP card a mail it directly to your house in 7-10 days.
- You can log in to your account at any time to view the status, make changes to your registry, etc.
