After seeing the Doctor and obtaining a signed certification form,
- We help you to complete your paperwork correctly, ERROR FREE
- We prepare your application and write a company check to the State of Michigan on your behalf.
- We submit Your completed application to the State of Michigan
- Expect your card from LARA in 3-4 weeks
Online Expedited Service $25
New Patients or Renewals without a Caregiver
By pass, all the Red tape, can NOT get denied, get your card the same day!
After seeing the Doctor and obtaining a signed certification form,
- Greenlight will create your online account with LARA
- We will Pay the State of Michigan your registry fee
- The Doctor will verify your certification with LARA SAME DAY! You will receive email approval from the State before you leave our office which can be used immediately at local previsionary centers.
- LARA will process your MMMP card a mail it directly to your house in 7-10 days.
- You can log in to your account at any time to view the status, make changes to your registry, etc.
